Owners Patrick Clifford And Alex Yaskavets have over 30 years of combined experience behind them, and have replaced over 1,600 roofs together around Cape Cod in the past 15 years. How the process works

We will show up promptly in the morning with two trailers, one for the garbage removal and one with our equipment.

First we will protect any and all bushes, flowers, lawn ornaments, grills, decks or any other obstructions that are close to the house/building that might sustain damage from falling debris.

Next we will set up all of our OSHA compliant staging securely against the house/building to create a safe and comfortable work area to complete the task at hand.

Once our staging is set up we will then nail our large heavy duty mesh canvas tarps across your entire roof eve and drape it down to the ground so that none of the garbage will ever touch your walls or lawn.

Once the old roof has been ripped off we separate into two teams. The installers will begin the roofing process, while the ground crew will begin the clean up process.

Once the garbage has been picked up the ground crew will continue to rake, magnet, and search for the smallest pieces of debris that the eye can see, while assisting the installers up on the roof.

By the time the whole process is complete you will have a beautiful lifetime guaranteed roof, and your property will be so clean that you would never even know that we were there.
